ABRAHM SHEARER, DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR and WILLIAMSBURG COACHING DIRECTOR

Abrahm Shearer, Albion SC Brooklyn's new Developmental Director and Williamsburg Coaching Director, brings a wealth of college and youth soccer coaching experience and proven success to the club.

In his twelve seasons of college and high school coaching, Abrahm's dedication fostered significant team success, leading to his recognition as an NAIA National Coach of the Year finalist. He also garnered eight Conference, State, and Regional Coach of the Year awards, having guided the Aquinas College Men, East Grand Rapids HS (MI) girls, and Athens HS (OH) boys teams to a combined twelve Conference, State, and Regional Championships.

Beyond these achievements, Abrahm boasts a rich youth soccer development background. He spent 14 years as Director of Coaches at Alliance Academy (MI), guiding teams to ten state and regional titles and helping develop seven professional players, including four who were drafted into the MLS. Most recently, Abrahm served as Coaching Director at Soccer Stars United.

Abrahm holds a USSF A License and United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma, underscoring his dedication to the game. His extensive experience, combined with a profound passion for guiding players and teams to their full potential, makes him an invaluable asset to Albion SC.

As a player, Shearer was a college All-American before playing for the Columbus Xoggz and Grand Rapids Explosion. 

Abrahm will be heading up our Williamsburg location as well as directing all of our age groups in the Development Phase - U7-U10
